RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION

AT LEAST THREE INSPECTIONS BEFORE DELIVERY
There are at least three inspections: First after the initial shape, check for the outline, twist and air leaking; second before package, check for the details, glue error and air leaking; finally it’s a spot check before shipment, double check for all previous inspections.
PRODUCT TRACKING SYSTEM
There’s one unique serial number for every product from our factory. From this number we can find out when we make it and the works from each process who made it. Even the batch of the raw material and accessory is easily tracked.
